Off Peak Bookings - minimum $200.00 deposit
Cancellations 14 days prior to booking date - refund of deposit minus $100.00 administrative fee
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to booking date - no refund will be given

Peak Bookings - minimum $500.00 deposit
Cancellations 30 days prior to booking date - refund of deposit minus $100.00 administrative fee
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to booking date - no refund will be given

Prices quoted are for 4 guests in the 2 bedrooms, 4 guests in the penthouses and 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms.
Additional guests will be charged $50.00 per guest per night.
If additional bedding is required i.e. foldaway bed, charge will be $10.00 per day,
